Blessed are the undefiled upright

“BLESSED (HAPPY, fortunate, to be envied) are the undefiled (the upright, truly sincere, and blameless) in the way [of the revealed will of God], who walk (order their conduct and conversation) in the law of the Lord (the whole of God’s revealed will). Blessed (happy, fortunate, to be envied) are they who keep His testimonies, and who seek, inquire for and of Him and crave Him with the whole heart.”Psalm 119:1-2 AMP
As God’s people we are called to be holy because He is holy. We represent Him in all we do. This includes our actions, our words, and even the things that we post on Facebook. Everything we do should be done to bring glory to the name of Jesus. If not we are still focused on ourselves and what we want.
There is no excuse for habitual sin in our lives when we are walking with Jesus Christ. If we are abiding in the Lord the Holy Spirit will lead and guide us to walk in holiness. But the reason many times people live in habitual sin is because they fail to abide.
Sin is deceptive because overtime it will harden our heart and if we allow it to will lead us to walk away from the Lord. The Lord has given us freewill and His power and strength will enable us to walk holiness. But this only happens as we are pursuing Christ. If we are not pursuing Christ we can no longer call ourselves a Christian because if we are not pursuing the Lord we are pursuing self or the world and that simply leads to destruction.
