The king’s heart is like channels of water in the hand of theLord;
He turns it wherever He wishes. Proverbs 21:1
First of all, then, I urge that entreaties and prayers, petitions and thanksgivings, be made on behalf of all men, 2 for kings and all who are in [a]authority, so that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and [b]dignity. 1 Timothy 2:1-2
Donald Trump is currently the president of the United States and he has been placed there by the hand of God. As God’s people we are called to pray for our leaders and whether or not we like Donald Trump as president of the United States, He is the president.
The world is shaped and molded by the faithful prayers of God’s people. As God’s people pray not only for Donald Trump but the other leaders of our nation the Lord is moving in their hearts. We cannot base our world view on what the media is reporting. The media is based upon the wisdom of men and much of what is reported is manipulated and meant to be a distraction.
But in Donald Trump’s quiet moments when no one is around the Lord is shaping and molding his heart. As we go forth in his presidency we are going to see Donald Trump not only become very presidential but he is going to become one of the top presidents the United States has ever had.
God has raised Donald Trump up at this time in history because of the challenges that face the United States and the challenges that face the world. The return of Jesus is very near and the Lord shall not return until every heart that is called to turn to Him turns to Him before the rapture of the church. The Lord daily is softening hearts throughout the earth and the gospel is going forth mightily and boldly throughout the earth.
No man knows the hour or day in which the Lord returns, but from examining His word it is clear that we are very near to the return of the Lord. He holds all things in His hands and is diligently preparing the hearts of His people for His return.
In this hour we are called to be a house of prayer. We are called to pray in the Spirit and in our understanding. We are called to pray as the Holy Spirit leads. The more time we spend in prayer the more our hunger for prayer increases. The more we show ourselves faithful in prayer the more the Lord will give us prayer assignments around the world.
It is the faithful prayers of God’s people that mold and shape this world. Our Father in Heaven uses us to accomplish His purposes. We will not fully understand all our prayers accomplish while upon this earth, but we must be faithful to pray as the Holy Spirit leads. God is moving greatly in this earth, let us pray as He leads.
