In the beginning was the word

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.He was in the beginning with God. John 1:1-2

And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we have seen his glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth. – John 1:14

Jesus has no beginning and has no end. He has always been with the Father. Through Him all things are created. He is the word made flesh. He is the Messiah. He is greater than all that we will face upon this earth. The more we walk with Him the more we become like Him. May we decrease that He would increase.

Jesus is the word made flesh. The God that Israel served through out its history became flesh and bone. Jesus is the glory of the Father. As we become like Him our lives reflect the glory of God. He has offered to us the greatest gift of simply a relationship with Him. In all things may we simply glorify Him.
